# List authorized Management organizations

## GET /v1/organizations

Returns every organization and reviewed restaurant snapshot in a bounded Management portfolio authorization. authorizedRestaurantCount counts distinct restaurant UUIDs, while the organization arrays preserve every exact association. Use an exact returned organizationId as organization_id on restaurant-scoped calls whenever more than one organization is present.

## Authentication

Send an OAuth access token in the `Authorization` header as
`Bearer $FIEST_ACCESS_TOKEN`.

Required scopes: `fiest.restaurant.read`, `fiest.organization.read`
