Create a Fiest account

Create a Fiest account when you are setting up a new restaurant. If a restaurant owner invited you to an existing team, use the invited email address to sign in instead.

Create a new restaurant account

1. Open Fiest Dashboard.
2. Choose Create account.
3. Enter the email address you want to use for the restaurant owner account.
4. Enter the secure code sent to that email address.
5. Follow the Dashboard onboarding steps to add your restaurant details and review the available subscription and payment setup.

Joining an existing restaurant

Do not create another restaurant account if an owner has invited you to their team.

1. Ask the restaurant owner to invite your email from their Fiest team settings.
2. Open Fiest Dashboard.
3. Sign in with the exact invited email address and its secure email code.

Your access and role come from the restaurant owner's invitation.

After account creation

The Dashboard guides a new owner through restaurant onboarding. You can leave and return later by signing in with the same email address.

Email support@fiest.io if your email code does not arrive, an invitation uses the wrong address, or you are unsure whether your restaurant already has a Fiest account.
